This Opportunity:

Palladium’s Senior Manager, Global Marketing is a leadership role on the Global Communications team, using new and existing channels to build awareness of our brand in target markets, grow our pipeline, and engage with our stakeholders. This is a highly creative, global role for a deeply driven and relentlessly organized marketing professional.

The position is based in Palladium's London Office.

Reporting and Supervision:

The Senior Manager, Global Marketing reports to the Director of Communications, and will liaise with and support stakeholders across the business:

  • Reporting requirements include:
  • Attendance at weekly and/or management team meetings
  • Regular updates with line manager
  • Monthly metrics report on activities and outcomes

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develops, owns and executes Palladium’s marketing strategy in alignment with the company brand and goals, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, events, partnerships, sponsorships, and more
  • Makes sound recommendations for improvements to the marketing team’s structure, approach, and operations in alignment with company goals
  • Oversees Palladium’s social media presence across all digital channels
  • Defines a consistent corporate brand message and suite of tools to align with the global organisation while meeting the needs of priority sectors / geographies / business lines
  • Monitors and analyses industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust / enhance company positioning and messaging as required
  • Equips and supports stakeholders to advocate for Palladium across all channels
  • Measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and assesses return on investment and progress against KPIs
  • Manages team, agencies, and other vendor partners as needed
  • A high degree of autonomy with appropriate consultation where applicable
  • Responsible for sound recommendations to Global Communications and the CEO
  • Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals, ideas, and suggestions

  • Willingness to travel to various company locations (up to 20%)
