Role overview

We’re on a lookout for a dynamic and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. We need someone who can own the show when it comes to social media with experience in crafting compelling digital and social media marketing content strategies across B2B and B2C; leverage tech/AI to optimize the sales funnel; and ultimately increase brand awareness and community engagement. Deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, media consumptions choices is key. 

Responsibilities

???? Social Media Savvy: Dive deep into the social media scene, from planning killer insight led campaigns to managing day-to-day posts. You'll be the driving force behind our creative and digital presence across social including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok – in alignment to our brand voice and goals.

✍️ Creative Content Crafting: Your mind is a treasure trove of ideas and you know how to bring them to life. You're the wordsmith and visual wizard. Create content that captivates, resonates, and educates our target audience on our product as well as engaging content strategies around financial education. 

????Tech and Analytics Wiz: Leverage the latest social listening, AI/tech and analytics tools to optimize content strategies and increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. 

???? Community Builder: Create and foster blue collar workers community that's not just an audience but a trusted circle. Engage, respond, and make sure our digital space is a place people want to be.

???? Results Driven: Develop and execute social media and content strategies that support myZoi’s business and product marketing goals. Metrics matter, and you know how to use them to tweak your strategy and achieve better results. You're not just posting - you're driving results. 

????Ahead of the game: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms. Manage and optimize our presence across platforms.

????Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

????Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, risk and ops to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven deep experience as Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing as well as respective social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with overall martech as well as social media listening, publishing, analytics and measurement tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, MoEngage, HubSpot, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborative with the larger team.
  • Urdu/Hindi speaking skills are preferred but not a must.

About SC Ventures

SC Ventures (“SCV”) was established in 2018 with the purpose of “Rewiring the DNA in Banking” by bringing three distinct areas together:

  • The eXellerator Lab, enabling innovation at large in the Bank by supporting intrapreneurs and their ideas, collaborating with fintech’s through the SCV Fintech Bridge and engaging with clients and co-creation ideas
  • The Investment Fund (“Fund”), tasked to acquire minority stakes in fintech companies (“fintechs”) whose technology has been successfully validated in the Group
  • Venture building, with the objective of exploring new business models (“ventures”), in the way it engages existing new customers and markets.

There are c.100 team members (excluding individual ventures), including dedicated colleagues from the Group’s support functions, based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Nairobi, London and San Francisco.
