For this position we are looking for an ambitious, and self-driven individual to join us as an Office Manager & Executive Assistant. Keystone has grown substantially each year and this position is critical to our continued growth. You will work directly with the leadership of the firm to creatively solve problems and foster our company’s culture. You will have opportunities to learn many facets of the business, from Finance and Accounting, to Recruiting, Marketing, and HR. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal and community growth. Clear communication and the ability to read a room is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles.

This position is based in New York City with a requirement to be onsite in the office five days per week; it is not hybrid or remote.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the leadership team in the New York office, own and foster a culture of the office to make sure it comports with the firm goals and culture. Drive community building activities that foster relationship building between team members. Plan inspirational events and outings for team building. 
  • Provide executive strategic support for Keystone’s leadership team in New York
  • A broad range of administrative tasks for partners/senior leadership including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and helping our executives have greater impact in their roles
  • Support the broader operations team
  • Own KeystoneNEXT, an alumni program, for New York.
  • Run a professional, clean and efficient office. Tasks might include 1) hosting candidates and clients, 2) on-boarding new hires, 3) collaborating and problem solving with Keystone IT, 4) managing infrastructure
  • Build and own relationships with vendors, building management and other stakeholders to operate facilities effectively

  • Successful: track record of exceeding expectations in your previous work and/or educational experiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity: the ability to turn on a dime, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results without knowing the whole picture. The right candidate will juggle competing priorities with excellent judgment, flexibility, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

  • Technical: aptitude for structuring and analyzing data and reporting findings (we mostly use Excel for this type of work)

US Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
