Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Consumer, responsible for leading our integrated marketing campaigns driving strategy, planning and execution across our key audiences and brands. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Consumer will work cross functionally to ensure all brand touchpoints and communications are consumer-centric and tie to the overall brand vision, building upon the brand equity, while meeting business goals. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Plays a key role in driving the brand vision, strategy, and activation plan for P&S categories. Ensures that all touchpoints and communications tie to brand standards and vision.
  • Oversees development and management of community outreach and public relations strategy.
  • Drives the traditional and digital efforts for P&S including brand website management, content development, national digital display, SEO/M, macro and micro influencer programs, digital radio, collateral asset development including POP and signage. 
  • Responsible for content needs for Amazon and retail.com
  • Works in collaboration with PR team and agency to draft news releases, media advisories and pitches. Supports crisis management as needed. 
  • Manages marketing vendor relationships and reporting in collaboration with Analytics Team.
  • Manages the creation of assets for the brand, including videos, digital assets, print materials and copy.
  • Assists in the development and management of brand building activities, shopper marketing strategies and tactics, and brand partnerships.
  • Helps drive flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns. 
  • Helps manage and distribute creative requests with Creative Team.
  • Leverages market research to drive fact-based, consumer-centric decisions that support our brand leadership positioning as it relates to brand and communication.
  • Represents integrated marketing efforts in Strategic meetings, including ESG forums, CX/CS Committee, NPI planning, Retail partner presentations, Technology/Business partner presentations.
  • Assists in the management of the A&P Budget.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required: Marketing or Public Relations, MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ brand and PR marketing experience in consumer driven industries and leading a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Attention to detail and time management skills are critical. 
  • Must be a team player, capable of taking direction and initiative in context of complex and shifting priorities. Ability to work and influence in a cross functional environment to develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Ability to synthesize and draw insights and implications from multiple sets of information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and fosters understanding.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver projects in a timely manner.
