- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, navigated, personalized, and digitally-enabled consumer experiences
- Lead all facets of maintaining and improving external facing websites (e.g., scheduling, provider search results, content improvements)
- Manage performance analytics and routinely report out on key areas of improvement
- Oversee all activities related to data management inclusive of provider directory data, location data and working collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to ensure consistency of data across all platforms
- Partner with IS and Operations around web integration of new consumer-facing products (e.g., patient portal, appointment scheduling)
- Work with key service line leads to translate program needs into digital content and experiences
- Collaborate with content team to continually upgrade key sections of Stamfordhealth.org
- Development of new and execution of both existing and adhoc CRM campaigns
- Supervise development and execution of SEO improvements
- Oversee mobile app updates and provide input and insight into the app development
- Lead vendor scoping and execution to deliver on key digital product initiatives
- Deep knowledge and extensive track record in leading teams in the development of Web and mobile solutions
- Foundational experience in product development, product marketing and product management
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS) such as SiteCore
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Well-versed in vendor management
- Led digital product development requiring significant security/privacy controls
- Strong knowledge of current digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant emerging technologies and their potential uses

EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of digital products experience; Healthcare experience preferred but not required
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
