Job Description Summary

The Account Manager will the complete FM services delivery team and be

responsible for delivering the comprehensive range of services identified in

the client contract and Service Level Agreement. Account Manager will

establish, maintain and build the client relationship while actively seeking

opportunities to provide additional services for the mutual benefit of the

client and Cushman & Wakefield.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop in conjunction with the client, an annual portfolio business plan and
  • achieve client approval of the plan.
  • In conjunction with the Operations Manager, act as a key point of contact
  • for the Client.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client business and
  • key factors influencing their service requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with all key personnel in the Client organisation.
  • Actively pursue new or additional business with the Client and co-ordinate
  • access to the firm's full range of services.
  • Deliver value-creating opportunities to the client.
  • Ensure key organisational Managers are informed and aware of business
  • opportunities with the Client.
  • Manage and assist with the personal development and performance
  • measurement of all direct reports.
  • Provide regular reports on all aspects of performance and client service
  • delivery.
  • Prepare a budget and expenditure / income forecasts on a cash and
  • accrual basis by property and total portfolio.
  • Prepare property and total portfolio capital expenditure budgets annually.

Key performance Measures

See individual Performance Measurement Targets. A significant proportion

of an Account Manager’s KPIs will relate to a) Client Satisfaction b)

Profitable business growth with the client.

Leadership

Able to lead and manage by example and demonstrates positive attitude to

negotiations and successfully resolves contentious issues.

Personal Effectiveness

  • Develops business strategies, which translate into measurable goals and motivates others to achieve them.
  • Set examples for other Account Leads.
  • Monitors personal performance measures and achieves results.

Decision Making

  • Makes appropriate decisions and demonstrates sound judgment.
  • Actively pursues improvement opportunities and implements them

Relationship Building

  • Conducts open, constructive and collaborative relations with the Client, Cushman & Wakefield personnel and relevant stakeholders
  • Gains respect of the Client Cushman & Wakefield personnel.

Communication:

Possesses effective written and oral communication skills.

Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example.
