We offer new, challenging, and exciting opportunities in our DuPont production plant in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt/Rhein-Main-Area, Germany).


The position is regular and full-time, and caters towards a seamless, automatic transfer to at least two other plant location within Europe during the first couple of years with DuPont.

General description of the program

The DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program provides new and recent graduates with the opportunity to become catalysts for change - transforming industries and improving everyday life. With an accelerated approach to career development and significant leadership roles, the program combines immersive assignments with formal education, networking, mentoring and leadership exposure through on-the-job rotational experiences.

Participants are encouraged to forge their own path by rotating through a series of 2-to-3-year assignments across different businesses, locations, and functions including Operations & Engineering, Global Procurement, and Science & Innovation with a focus on personal fulfillment, success, and development. Successful engineering and supply chain candidates will complete a minimum of two assignments but may complete up to three before becoming one of the significant drivers in the leadership teams in the corporation. Complete geographic flexibility is required to enable a greater pool of possibilities and diversity of cross-functional experiences.

Your Responsibilities

You will fill a variety of positions and participate on projects that improve safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure. Examples are listed below.

The starting point to your accelerated career is the DuPont Cyrel facility in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, with a focus on product sponsoring and quality and yield improvements.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Materials Engineering.
  • Fresh Grad or with first industry work experience.
  • Willingness to relocate to a new EMEA location every 2 to 3 years.
  • Must speak English fluently in conversations and must be excellent in writing.
  • Should speak German at a level to be able to lead a German only speaking team.
  • A third European language would be highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
