Mission
Responsible for analyzing, underwriting and negotiating acquisitions opportunities. In this role you will underwrite, negotiate and prepare investment opportunities presentations for the Prologis investment committee. The position is also responsible for the due diligence processes of each acquisition and the negotiation of the closing documents until the transaction is completed. You will also be responsible for approving the due diligence budget by creating a summary for Prologis’ investors containing a risk and opportunity analysis as well as expected returns for each deal.

Key Responsibilities
1. Run financial analyses (cash flow projections and development models)
2. Negotiate acquisitions, run the due diligence process and negotiate closing documents.
3. Prepare Presentations for the Investment Committee and reports articulating the risks and returns of investment propositions to the Investment Committee.
4. Coordinate the valuation process every semester.
5. Keep updated the Prologis’ forecast system.
6. Prepare capital deployment material, included but not limited to offers, investment committee memos, one page deal summaries, investor and sr. management reports, etc.

Foreign Languages:
Education: Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture.
Seniority: 3 - 5 years working with real estate investment;
Specific Knowledge: Brazil Real Estate Market;
Software: Excel, Argus (will be a plus) and AutoCAD (will be a plus);
Expectations: Agility, Interpersonal relationships, planning, macro vision.
