Team Introduction

Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales , Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.

The Marketing Communications Manager, Philippines (PH) reports to Marketing Lead for SMP (SG, MY, PH). They will act as close partners to PH Global Business Solutions Team (GBS) for planning & execution of annual monetization strategy & goals. The role would be responsible for strategic & day-to-day operations for marketing activities (B2B) in Philippines market. The skills needed may pan across developing the annual marketing calendar for PH, event execution, budget management, vendor management, content creation, swags etc. The role is based in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of basics of B2B marketing strategy & can follow the marketing plans laid out for flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy to articulate TikTok's value proposition to our partners in a simplified manner to our key partners in market including brands, media agencies, creative agencies and industry associations
  • Develop messaging and impactful collaterals to convey key messages spread across the content calendar including seasonal moments & always-on strategy
  • Work closely with Sales, PR, Marketing Science, Product and other cross-functional teams to drive awareness, reach & key KPIs for the B2B marketing programs owned
  • Strategize & activate integrated marketing campaigns including partner training, events, PR, advertising, social media and industry partnerships to engage advertisers and media agencies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy
  • Preferred deep-knowledge & experience in engaging advertisers in the Phillipines market
  • Preferred local language fluency in the Phillipines market
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans desired
  • Experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) comfortable with presenting ideas to senior stakeholders in English
