• Configure, deploy, and manage monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, and Instana.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time insights into the health and performance of our systems.

• Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for monitoring tools configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to empower team members with monitoring tool expertise

Primary Skills

• Proven experience as a Monitoring Tools Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, and Instana.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
