Create and execute Marketing and Corporate communications plans for TechnoServe India
Leading the creation of high-quality written and visual content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media - print, radio, digital (email, social media) for both paid and organic-driven campaigns
Develop case stories and content highlighting the organization’s impact for both internal and external communications
Developing detailed briefs to share with our design vendors to create high-quality collaterals, videos, etc
Develop strategies to nurture relationships with donors/ partners through targeted communication efforts on TechnoServe’s strategic initiatives across focused thematic areas
Campaign creation and communications strategy pre and post-launch of India programs, support Corporate Communications for the India support functions, Manage the overall budgets and annual calendar
Coordinate with TechnoServe’s Global communications team to showcase and present India-focused programs
Proactively manage the Brand Building, Social Media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Global Website), Advocacy and external events-related communications
Regularly updating impact numbers across all communications materials by coordinating with the Program Development, Monitoring and evaluation, and Program Implementation teams
Identifying and tracking events, planning and support in executing conferences and donor visits and increase TechnoServe’s visibility in India
Track and measure the level of engagement with communications materials over time
Skills Required
Post graduate degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Development Studies/ Social Sciences/ English Literature from a premier institute
5-7 years of work experience in marketing and corporate communications, PR, Content development and event management
Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented
Exceptional verbal, written & and presentation skills
Strong research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, and hands-on experience on applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW
Familiarity with email marketing platform and content management systems
Prior experience in communications, market research, internal communications, development sector experience would be an added advantage
