Our Team

CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies.
• Manage the empowering system of CapCut creators and agencies. And provide insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the global commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with the local content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fluent in English, experienced in cross-region online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
• 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs
• Familiar with creator recruitment and creator-network management in VN market
• Familiar with monetization for creators, digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Experience with project management, reporting and stakeholder management
• Passion for the creator's economy
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to grow and adapt through complex and challenging business priorities
