Job Description
- Responsible for IT service delivery excellence within the target business plan defined
- Lead and ensure BD team is delivering high value IT operation and support services to customers
- As part of the regional IT business partnering team to engage within BD/PFP, BD BUs through regular engagement activities or consultancy to drive awareness and adoption of IT products and services
- Contribute to BD virtual team initiatives through active participation or support for relevant virtual team activities
- To build a strong business relationship between BD and its customers on BD Products and Services
- To be actively involved in Customer Engagement activities to disseminate latest BD products and services, plan and conduct plant-wide BD communication or Info sharing session, face to face engagement with key stakeholders
- Manage feedback and escalations from the regions/locations
- Responsible for My Computer service delivery though IT fleet management country coordinator role
- Resource allocation and cost allocation based on service delivery to customers
- To handle financial topics for budgeting, billing request, charging by working closely with controlling, accounting, Tax department
Qualifications
- Work Experience: Professional 5 years
- Leadership Experience: 2 years
- IT Operations Management Experience: 3+ years
- IT Project Management Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor, majored in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience in Manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience in supporting Microsoft application and system is preferred
- Experience in ITIL Framework, IT environment and/or ITM IT for Manufacturing is an advantage
