Main responsibilities

1. Drive the definition work of China FL competence development priorities based on the local business needs and global direction.

2. Contribute to the business agenda with L&D expertise, challenge and conclude L&D deliveries that improve business results according to 70-20-10 model.

3. Consult business and other functions/stakeholders in evaluating competence development effectiveness and impact.

4. Deliver learning solutions based on the agreed local budget and guidelines, act as a facilitator/trainer in selected key learning programs and workshops.

5. Communicate continuously L&D value, services and operating model to all relevant FL stakeholders.

6. Act as a project manager for certain agreed learning projects.

7. Ensure relevant learning offering and L&D operational excellence across the FL in sync with Area and global L&D direction.

8. Develop local trainer capabilities. Promote self-directed continuous learning culture and variety of different learning tools.

9. Impact Area and global L&D by explicitly articulating FL learning needs and offering feedback. 10. Lead FL L&D teams’ engagement and recognition for business relevance and learning impact with transparency and data.

11. Support the team as a team leader and a coach.

12. Accountable for L&D KPIs and business metrics on the FL level, taking actions accordingly.

13.Lead HR Services training coordinators for the FL to optimal efficiency and value.

Skills, education and experience

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education/human resources or other relevant field.

2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in learning and development or related area, experience of blended learning methods, including face-to-face and digital.

3.Track record in executing competence development programs successfully, ability to facilitate workshops and other collaboration meetings.

4.Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

5.Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

6.Good leadership and influencing skills, coaching/mentoring as a plus, team leading experience.

7.Ability to identify learning needs and translate the needs into competence development plans for various functions and units.

8.Ability to plan and manage time effectively.
