The Associate Project Manager initiates the onboarding of B2B integration projects, supports high-volume activities, and keeps clients and internal SHI teams/stakeholders aware of upcoming milestones and open items. The specialist also adjusts the implementation schedule to accommodate last-minute changes, urgent requests, and changing priorities. This role involves acting as the single point of contact for issues or escalations, managing changes to project scope, and facilitating project and scrum events. The Associate Project Manager communicates status updates, coaches team members on their roles, and ensures project accuracy using management tools like Jira, DevOps, Asana, and MS Project.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
