We are looking for a Customer Migration Planning Analyst and Customer Migration Planning Lead Analyst to join the Customer Implementation Management team and work under the Programme lead for the LMP client migration programme. The role will design the client migration processes, create the materials and plan the client migrations under the guidance of the programme manager.

The position is located in our Gdynia office and it requires your presence in the office at least 3 times a week.

The role will be expected to create project plans along and follow best practice with other documents such as RACI models, RAID, adopting best practice and standards into the PMO body of knowledge we are creating in the Implementation Management group.

The successful candidate will be expected to rapidly get up to speed on our technology, processes and tools and be able to manipulate data effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client end to end migration processes using Blueworks.
  • Create client migration planning, adjusted as the programme evolves and reporting
  • Gather and validate requirements using various techniques such as: interviews, workshops and document analysis.
  • Lead one or more working groups with stakeholders from different functions in the organisation, Operations, Sales, Technology, etc… to elaborate the migration processes.
  • Demonstrate Project Management, Business Analysis and process design experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Understands the processes and commercials around product upgrades
  • Good understanding of the LSEG product set
  • Experience in using Blueworks process design software and creating professional process documentation
  • Highly skilled in using Excel, manipulating data via Pivot Tables and Excel formulas, some PowerBI knowledge would be an asset.
  • Familiar with Sharepoint technology and document management principles
  • Able to create professional PowerPoint materials and able to summarise information effectively.
  • Professional Business Analysis and Project Management qualifications a benefit.
