The incumbent will manage the targeted key accounts in the assigned territory (in this case are all national level key accounts that resided in the Republic of Indonesia). He/ She is responsible and accountable for driving key accounts growth (new business – both expansion and penetration) as well as profitability. In term of business retention and minimalizing churn, he/she will actively manage the existing key accounts business of distributors and key decision makers in the assigned territory. He/ She engages with all levels of personnel in our key accounts, particularly the senior management to understand customers’ buying behaviors, preference, business dynamics and challenges, and proactively pull together relevant internal resources to formulate strategies to leverage on these insights.

All sales personnel are required to deliver insights identified by Kimberly-Clark Professional’s commercial program team, to the customers, providing them with new outlook and trends. He/she will work with the team to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.

The National Key Account Manager (NKAM) will support the country’s Commercial Leader and Regional Managers in coaching and grooming the team in developing their selling skills and building a suitable pipeline in salesforce.com that will help them and the team achieve its targets. He/She will collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure K-CP delivers our contract commitment to our customers and continue to identify opportunities to enhance KCP share-of-wallet in them.

He/ She will also liaise with internal or external Customer Service team to ensure prompt servicing of these accounts and address any potential matters that occur.

The incumbent will also have opportunities to collaborate with other sales leaders, country’s and cluster marketing leaders and Global Key Account team to influence the necessary decisions and programs to support the growth of the Strategic Key Accounts in Indonesia and enhance customer experience with Kimberly-Clark Professional

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Formulates sales strategy for achieving own targets by managing sales opportunities and pipelines. Utilizes Salesforece.com (SFDC) to manage opportunities and for reporting purpose.

Approaches top end-users, applying Strategic Key Account Management Skills for growth and business retention.

Ensures quality and quantity of face to face meetings with Top Key end-users and in some cases distributors

Continuously drives accounts’ profitability.

Drive business growth through channel development and partnerships building on the first pillar on the two major pillars of distribution, which is: Managing all key accounts in the assigned territory.

Assisting Country Manager and partnering with Cluster Revenue Manager in streamlining pricing strategy for the country/assigned region through distributors to enhance speed to response to key end users. Will also liaise with internal Customer Service team to ensure prompt servicing of the key accounts and address any potential matters that occur along with DSO conformance.

Consistently upselling the customer with different KCP brands and product lines, securing deeper Share of Wallet for Kimberly-Clark Professional*.

In charge of own sales capability. Embed Challenger Selling Skills in all sales calls. Actively be engaged in coaching calls and work on feedback from KCP personal development programs.

Constantly supports market audit initiated by Marketing team or regional team on request as to identify market potential, feedback the dynamic customers’ preference and competitive environment.

Develops and maintains sound relationship with distributors’ sales personnel to incorporate K-CP conceptual selling approach, product knowledge and shorten the sales cycle in generating new sales, especially when dealing with key accounts.

Works with the team to develop a winning culture and embeds culture of accountability in daily activities

Communicates efficiently and effectively to superior and colleagues. Establishes sound relationship with all sales personnel and colleagues of various internal departments.

You’re also a university graduate with a degree in Sales, or a related area, and have at least 5 years of continuous work experience.   • University degree preferably with business focus
  • 5 - 15 year sales experience or customer interaction in business-to-business environment (non-retail atmosphere)
  • Must have experience in managing strategic key accounts
  • Experiences in leading a sales and/or Project management team is an added advantage
  • Result Oriented, Outgoing personality, presentable appearances 
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English 
  • Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suit
