• Establishes key performance indicators and benchmarks for supply chain planning, monitors target/actual performance and presents results to senior management

• Verantwortung für Lagerbestände, Lagerorte und Inventur

• Enge Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiterqualifikationen und Planung der Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

• Control and optimization of all logistical processes from goods receipt through production logistics to delivery to the customer
• Responsibility for stock levels, storage locations and stocktaking
• Continuous development of operational processes
• Close coordination with the purchasing, production and quality assurance departments
• Strategic development of Associate qualifications and planning of training measures

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Logistikfunktion oder im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise im Automobilumfeld
• Erfahrung in der Disposition, Auftragsabwicklung sowie in der Fertigungsplanung/-steuerung
• Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering/Economics or completed vocational training
• At least 7 years professional experience in a Logistics function or in Supply Chain Management, ideally in an automotive environment
• Experience in scheduling, order processing and production planning/control
• Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness
• Knowledge of the usual MS Office applications
• Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
