Responsiblities

  • Provide reactive/proactive Designated Technical Support to top tier customers during pre-sales stage
  • Provide configuration review, troubleshooting and best practices to named customers during pre-sales stage and post-sales stage
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams for new product requirements development
  • Perform in-depth ZTNA, SASE and IDaaS market trends and landscape research, and support the formulation of product value propositions and strategy in Asia Pacific, European and US regions
  • Travel will be required to customer sites in conjunction with working with Technical Account Managers for named accounts

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in handling client-facing engagements
  • Strong understanding of ZTNA, SASE and IDaaS markets and products, preferably with AWS, Azure AD setup, network protocols as well as SASE/SSE products
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, and explain the impact in business terms to internal and external stakeholders
