What You Will Bring to the Team

The Head of Practice for Product & Design will bring technology and business domain expertise, setting the strategy of our offerings and services and offering leadership and coaching for our Technology Leads and the organization. This role will work closely with the CTO and VP of Technology to productize the program, collaborating with the Go-To-Market team and setting the direction of the area's success. Mature the offerings delivered to expand the growth of new and existing clients.

At the same time, identify, develop, and standardize accelerators that will add value to our delivery framework and serve as the special sauce for Wizeline—incorporating AI and top technologies into our operating model. You will drive strategic decisions, improve our methodologies, and identify technology trends to help us deliver customer satisfaction and growth. 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Technology Strategy
  • Own practice P&L and GTM strategy.
  • Set the strategy for the productization of the area.
  • Manage OKRs for the area and ensure successful performance (ex. Revenue, Pipeline, etc.).
  • Establish a product roadmap and develop supporting material (ex. Battlecards, Offerings, Case Studies, etc).
  • Influence Go To Market strategies based on technology trends within the area.
  • Build a plan to increase partnership incentives and competencies to be incorporated into a growth strategy.
  • Lead the group of Technology Program Leads and Technology Specialists within the area, aligning talent strategy with business goals and strategy.
  • Drive continuous innovation by exploring and assessing technologies to apply them in business domains.
  • Technology Execution 
  • Identify and mature accelerators to serve as differentiators and add value to the area.
  • Incorporate AI into offerings and methodologies to increase delivery time and lower cost.
  • Provide an operating model within technology to enable delivery success through innovation and best practices.
  • Maintain a healthy utilization while leveraging the team to work on PoCs and innovation. 
  • Work in collaborative product and platform teams at the Wizeline and client levels.
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Mentor and coach Tech Leads and teams.
  • Strategic Coach for Technology Specialists and Technology Program Leads of the Area within their technology domain.
  • Influence a large team or multiple projects to achieve goals.
  • Define staff profile, performance, and training standards.

Are You a Fit?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience with a strong track record of successful development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class cloud solutions that resulted in material market impact with a clear understanding of product and design frameworks and methodologies, all under agile environments.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Technologists and multidisciplinary teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
  • A systems thinker who can continuously reinvent and improve how to do things.
  • Strong team player who supports their team in all regards and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work.
  • Outgoing and positive thinking about possibilities, where others see problems, you see challenges as opportunities.
  • Storyteller with strong English skills who communicates effectively and inspires others with your vision.
  • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions with stakeholders in different areas and regions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure, and organizations.
