Style of work – Hybrid – 2 days in office.

Do you want to be involved in leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams through their entire delivery life cycle? As our new Project Manager, you are responsible for driving / tracking and reporting on the delivery of one of Flutter Groups key strategic global technology initiatives, working collaboratively with the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders.

What can you expect as part of your new role? 

• Supporting the Senior Project Manager to deliver overall objectives
• Guide support workstreams and project’s through PMLC
• Apply proven methods, including in-house frameworks of project management to ensure quality delivery
• Manage the project backlog and schedule
• Lead teams to deliver projects using Hybrid techniques and artifacts: Epics, User Stories etc.
• Establish project plans and manage schedules, issues, risks, dependencies, and overall status, including benefit tracking
• Proactively keep all stakeholders informed of the above
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary project teams globally 
• Foster effective collaboration through clear definition and management of project objectives and goals
• Have a practical understanding of project value management and benefits realisation
• Constantly championing the benefits of effective change management and adoption

This might be for you if you have:

• Strong commercial experience currently in project management; ideally in technology space.
• Comfortable leveraging multiple methodologies. As example: Agile / Hybrid or waterfall techniques
• Agile PRINCE2 or PMP certifications would be a distinct advantage
• Experienced work with Athlassian Tool (Confluence / Jira)
• Worked with or across divisions in area’s such as Cyber; Data Analytics; Security Infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience working with delivery teams across global locations and time zones
• Managed suppliers and 3rd party consultants working remotely/virtually
• Skilled in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• An excellent communicator, engaging and translating between multiple Technology and Business functions
• A leader of people, with the ability to motivate and instil confidence & vitality when needed
• Adept at identifying and addressing project impediments in a timely and effective way
• Flexible and resilient in a constantly evolving environment

• Strategic thinking: Demonstrates a good understanding of overall Group and Group Technology strategic objectives. Mostly able to apply strategic knowledge to specific initiatives and/or decision making. Can consider and explore scenarios and possibilities to help Divisions succeed.
• Strategic communication: Provides timely and helpful information to others. Able to flex communication style to meet the needs of various audiences (Divisions/locations). Mindful to listen to different perspectives and able to provide constructive feedback.
