We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Nordics for our Textile Care Division. ,

Position Purpose: 

The Sales Manager is responsible for the profitable growth and achievement of cluster division objectives. The successful Sales Manager leads and develops a team of district managers and other leaders to service, sell, and merchandise the value provided by Textile Care to a portfolio of commercial laundry and rental services customers. Managing the cluster P&L, the Sales Manager owns the achievement of customer retention, growth, and enhanced margin goals for his/her countries. 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and deliver annual strategic business plans in areas of sales, profitability, operating expenses, and capital budgets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and lead team to identify actions to achieve countries(s) and customer specific business plans, ensuring country/cluster meets profitability targets.
  • Managing Countries Sales Budget with ambitious commitments. Plan, monitor, and report business results, growth opportunities and actions, own country/ies P&L.
  • Oversee customer proposal, trials, contract negotiations and deal closure processes in partnership with corporate accounts team. 
  • Drive regional deployment of divisional programs and initiatives. 
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor key customer relationships. 
  • Hire, lead, and develop team members to achieve individual performance, development, and division business objectives (e.g., sales, product mix, growth).
  • Identify succession and development plans for all critical roles within region.

What You Will Need:

  • University degree with focus on business administration, management, economicy or related.
  • 8 + years of international cross-functional sales experience including leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Strong sales aptitude and experience leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrable achievements in improving organizational efficiency and profitability.
  • Enjoys undertaking new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills can run multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Can do mentality, solution oriented, strong executor.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
  • Industry Knowledge/Experience: Industrial Laundry
  • Fluency in English and country specific language ideally Swedish or Danish
