JOB DESCRIPTION

The core objective of the Ecommerce Marketing Specialist's role is to propel online sales and revenue growth by strategically planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This entails the optimization of the online shopping experience, the augmentation of website traffic, and the enhancement of our products and additional services' online presence.

The Marketing Specialist holds the responsibility of ensuring a unified brand identity across digital channels, encompassing product communication and the visual aesthetics of Levi.com, pure players and marketplaces. This specialist is entrusted with the timely creation, adaptation and delivery of all assets required (if needed) for the e-commerce catalog on platforms such as levi.com, wholesale.com, and pure players channels. This includes both imagery and product communication materials, all aimed at effectively driving the brand's online success.

  • Photo studio operation:
  • Manages production agency, ecomm productions, software operations.
  • The ecommerce specialist based on the warehouse will report to this specialist.
  • Ecommerce & onsite content for all brands:
  • Produce and deliver all onsite communication. (+2.5K products per season)
  • Produce and deliver imagery and photo shooting.
  • Supervise content quality at owned sites (according to Levi’s guidelines)
  • Supervise content / quality publication on whs.com (marketplaces) and pure players.
  • Data base management:
  • Master data control (full responsible of the process, and link between multiple stakeholders: Merch, Marketing, Sales, Agencies).
  • Software input/output coordination.
  • Constant review of content populated for all sites (PDP copy and imagery).
  • Ecommerce content for all the .COM ecosystem:
  • Syndicated content
  • PDP & marketing content Levi.com, Amazon, Mercadolibre, Linio, Club Premier, Liverpool, Sears, PH, Coppel, Suburbia, Walmart, Coppel, Chapur, Cimaco, Elecktra, etc.
  • Responsible for budget tracking and conciliations with paid media agency and marketing Admin Specialist. 
  • Negotiate on-site advertising spaces with wholesalers & pure players working closely and in synchrony with the marketing team.
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer interests and passion points.
  • Partnership with commercial, planning/allocation and merch to align key season stories and needs.
  • Inbound marketing support

Accountabilities:

Content Management: Create, curate, and manage e-commerce content, including photos and product descriptions.

Content Auditing: Review and improve existing content for accuracy and consistency.

Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and organization of product databases.

Sample and Studio Management: Handle product samples and maintain the content creation workspace.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified brand expression across digital channels.

University Degree, preferably in communications or marketing. Min 2 of relevant digital marketing or Ecommerce experience Organized, structured, proactive, problem solver. Multi-project management abilities Creative background. Excel proficiency is a must. Data base functions. English (mid-advanced level)
