Job Description-: Lead Engineer - Stress Analysis

Desired profile & experience: -

• Above 10+ years relevant work experience, 6 of which must be as a Lead engineer in Oil and Gas industry.
• Software skill: CAESER II/ROHR

Job Description-:

• 1. Prepare / Review Project Design basis for Stress Analysis.
• 2. Prepare Stress Critical Line List.
• 3. Expertise in piping stress analysis
• 4. Execute Stress analysis using software Caesar-II / ROHR2.
• 5. Independently perform stress analysis task.
• 6. Mark-up stress related data (routing changes, support location and types, etc.) on isometrics for updating in 3D model.
• 7. Prepare Piping Load Summary as input for Civil/Structural design. 
• Good understanding and awareness of :
• 1. ASME B31.3 code requirements related to safety in stress
• 2. Flange leakage calculations.
• 3. Calculation of nozzle displacements
• 4. Spring selection criteria.
• 5. 3D model navigation in Navisworks
• 6. Below experience will be an added advantage
• 7. WRC calculations.
• 8. Nozzle stiffness calculation using NozzlePro software.
• 9. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Paint.
• 10. Good English communication skills written and oral.
