Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of assigned areas and observing company policies at all times.

Completing each phase of responsibility by knowing, understanding and adhering to all TS16949 standard operating procedures. 

Notifying designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process or equipment. 

Performing each phase of job in full compliance with all company, state and/or federal safety and environmental regulations. 

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

Working within team environment.

Responsible for accurate and timely documentation.

Departments Responsibilities:

Molding- Unload parts from press. Perform necessary inspection, sorting, trimming, sub-assembly, packing & product moves. Must be able to rotate to all jobs on team. Must be able to meet quality standards.

Coating- Load and unload parts onto/from coating unit (Hardcoat, Balzers, Inline). Perform necessary inspection, sorting, packing & product moves. Must be able to rotate to all jobs on team. Must be able to meet quality standards.

Assembly- Assemble components per work instructions on line setup. Perform necessary inspection & packing. Must be able to

rotate to all positions on line. Must be able to meet quality standards.

All positions are full time standing positions, requires lifting up to 35 lbs, repetitive use of hands/arms, pushing/pulling, bending and overhead work.
