Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

In this role, you are responsible to develop the campaign program for livestream sales on TikTok Shop to identify and incentivize top livestreamers. This role also includes expertise in performance marketing, and KOL/KOC marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation of e-commerce marketing strategies and content
  • Align with regional business team with the priority of delivering a 2B/2C brand marketing strategy
  • Familiar with marketing channels, optimization, and attribution (media buying experience)
  • Strong creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
  • Good communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders; develop strong relationships with external agencies & partners
  • Lead a team of growth marketing managers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 8 years of working experience specialising in digital marketing
  • English and local Vietnamese language proficiency required
  • Excellent planning, copywriting, content creation, media buying or large company marketing planning experience
  • Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots
  • Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
  • Excellent communication and resource integration skills
