Dematic is looking for a Noveco Project Systems Specialist responsible for configuration changes, enhancements on SAP Systems in our NA region. As the Noveco Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on the Business Transformation project for Dematic and support the SAP applications.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

  • Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
  • Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP Project systems space using Noveco
  • Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
  • Responsible for creating complex estimates inside SAP PS and Integrate project variations into your project cost forecasting, revenue and budget reporting
  • Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP Noveco Project systems
  • Schedule project dates using intuitive and user-friendly Fiori Gantt Chart
  • Design and implement core functionalities of SAP PS structures, WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues,
  • Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Project Systems to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance
  • Configure the SAP system in the areas of SAP PS to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions
  • Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment
  • Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
  • Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way
  • Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
  • Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
  • Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP Project Systems Module with knowledge of NOVECO.
  • Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge on the SAP PS, Network, WBS, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required
  • Experience creating cost plans from approved estimates by dragging & dropping estimate items to project WBS or Network Activities
  • Experience Compare Estimates with Project Forecasts and Actual Costs, thus analyzing the accuracy of the estimates
  • Strong understanding of SAP Fiori applications
  • Experience Schedule project dates using intuitive and user-friendly Fiori Gantt Chart
  • Experience with project KPIs, update forecasts at any time using the Noveco Project Manager Workbench, which provides a real-time integrated environment for analysis and management of your projects
  • Experience working on PS structures, WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Revenue Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Invoicing, Time entry/approval process, Goods issues, Project creation through settlement.
  • Implementation experience of PPM/CPM will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations
  • Business and Process Knowledge
  • Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM,QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD and FI
  • Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits.
  • Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training. 
  • Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration
  • Should have experience preparing data migration templates
  • Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
  • Should have good experience in working with global teams.
  • Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies
  • Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support
  • Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing, and presenting appropriate status reports
  • Cross functional knowledge in business domains
  • Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders
