LECTURER - ART, ART HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE (STUDIO ART)

Ithaca College

The School of Humanities and Sciences is creating a pool of qualified part-time lecturers in the Department of Art, Art History, and Architecture for Studio Art area course for possible openings for Spring 2024. We seek candidates to teach courses at various levels, including introductory, in the disciplines of painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, graphic design, and digital media (note: photography is housed in the Park School of Communications, not Studio Art). In the studio arts, the department offers BA and BFA degrees in Art and minors in Art and Graphic Design. 

Qualifications:

Successful applicants must hold an MFA, MA, or Ph.D. degree in the field, and college teaching experience is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered, depending on course and level.

Hiring rate: $1,884.51 per credit hour
