Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Translate business strategy into product strategy• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes• Own the product roadmap• Execute product strategy• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market• Plan and carry out product launches• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues• Survey customers about products and Researching ways to work in new markets• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, track releases• Make sure new and existing products follow applicable laws and regulations.• Making suggestions to improve productivity and reduce costs• Meeting with Marketers, Product Developers, department heads, executives, and others to brainstorm ideas for new products and create sales strategies

Qualification

• B.Tech. (Computer Science) or MCAExperience
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Good leadership, organization, and time management skills• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization• Outstanding attention to detail• Understanding of the products or services the business sells and the industry that the company works in• Analysis skills to interpret sales statistics and marketing data• Financial skills to follow a budget and evaluate the future profitability of products• Ability to adapt to unexpected events such as disruptions to production
