Vice President, Operations – Telecom (US Remote)
TTEC is seeking an Operations Leader to join our leadership team supporting a multi-client book of business in our telecom business vertical. What you’ll be doing:
The VP, Operations is responsible for the overall strategy of their Operations team. This means that you are responsible for fulfilling the high expectations we set for our client relationships. We meet our promises and find new ways to consistently perform. In this role, you will partner and develop relationships directly with clients and executive leadership ensuring program success while uncovering prospective expansion options. This role reports a Sr. Vice President, Operations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $170,000 - $200,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
