Ready to shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree Hospitality is looking for a strategic Regional Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the Finance and Accounting functions across a portfolio of exceptional hotel properties—driving performance, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring financial integrity. As a key member of the CoralTree Leadership Team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to Property Executive Committees and Regional Leaders, focused on maximizing asset value, maintaining strong internal controls, mitigating risk, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth, regular financial reviews across a portfolio of hotels, covering everything from monthly operating statements and cash flow reports to forecasts, balance sheets, and capital expenditures. Identify trends, analyze variances, and ensure timely, accurate reporting that empowers decision-making.
  • Serve as a key financial partner to Operations and Finance leadership by flagging significant deviations from budgets, forecasts, or internal controls, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Champion process improvements that drive profitability by working closely with property executive teams to enhance expense management and maximize flow-through.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to Directors of Finance at each property, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial excellence.
  • Collaborate with Property Executive Committees to meet critical budgeting and forecasting deadlines, refine financial planning processes, and ensure each property meets its forecast accuracy goals.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with property owners and lenders. Ensure all reporting requirements are met with accuracy and responsiveness, acting as a direct resource and attending owner meetings as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all debt and lease obligations, ensuring each property remains in good financial standing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-property experience in a decentralized, independent hotel environment.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an on-site property Director of Finance supporting full-service properties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA, CPA a plus).
  • Experience with report writing software and/or other ERP systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and complicated financial models.
  • Experience with complicated assets, including food and beverage, spa, golf, memberships, condos, and Home Owner Associations preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 50%.

Location: Home Office, Englewood, CO.

Salary range: $185,000 - $215,000/yr. + bonus
