Participate in maintaining visual merchandising according to company and seasonal guidelines

Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book

Keep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures

Cultivate customer relationships

• 4+ years sales experience in luxury fashion or jewelry context
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional presence with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and adapt to a cosmopolitan environment
