The Legendary New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM) is looking for its next Content Creator/Night Talk Host and Superstar!

• This is a Full-time in-office position working closely and collaboratively with a Team*

Townsquare Media New Jersey has a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our #1 rated radio station on New Jersey 101.5. We're looking for a strong content creator and a “360 Talent”--someone who’s on-air, online and on social media. Your ideas, creativity and programming skills will add to our legendary and unique Talk brand.

Responsibilities

• Host live on-air show 7PM-11PM Monday Thursday
• Content preparation is a 24/7 expectation
• Create engaging New Jersey based on-air content along with a minimum of two original articles per day for the New Jersey 101.5 app and website
• Note this is not a political talk show; rather entertaining and engaging local talk. Heavy call/app chat interaction is expected
• Engage with the our NJ1015 audience via remotes, client endorsements, live events and station initiatives

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of New Jersey
• Show is live and in-person at our studios in Ewing, NJ
• Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations
• Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels, multi-task, problem-solve and handle pressures and deadlines
• Skill in operation of control board, Vox Pro, and other related production equipment
• Knowledge of WordPress software a plus
• Proficient in Zetta and Adobe Audition
