LSEG in Manila is looking for energetic and dynamic trade support professionals to join our global team. The candidate’s primary role is to provide technical support to our clients for FXAll.

They are expert communicators and work with internal clients effectively. They possess a collaborative outlook to achieve resolution. They can quickly learn new technology, industry trends and updates.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate case and venue management based on internal quality guidelines.
• Conduct feedback or cascade sessions to ensure adherence to internal quality guidelines.
• Conduct quality calibration sessions with various operations teams.
• Map action plans to drive quality metrics.
• Create and ensure internal quality guidelines are relevant and up to date.
• Accountable for team and program level quality performance.
• Share best practices and transfer knowledge to colleagues.
• Participate in projects to improve overall performance metrics.
• Support learning & development as necessary.
• Ensure level of knowledge remains relevant to product and industry.
• Build internal relationships & network with key teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality, Training or Operations from a Financial Services firm or account.
• Proven track record in driving performance.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Capacity to learn complex processes and must possess a growth mindset.
• Can adapt to change, demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude.
• Must be a team player.
• Significant stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Capital Markets experience is an advantage.
• Qualification from, or membership with professional bodies such as CFA, CISI and CAIA is an advantage.
