Position Overview

Looking for committed, multi skilled developers to work on exciting, disruptive and diverse software products and projects. Test Lead will be responsible for building cutting-edge applications that deliver innovative outcomes to our customers.

• Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
• Develop test strategy and test plans for projects.
• Participate in developing and reviewing the test policies for organization.
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle.
• The use of resources in an effective way and managing the resources for software testing.
• Applying the appropriate test measurement and metrics for the software product and testing team.
• Perform as a self-motivated software engineer, designing and implementing portions of a next-generation enterprise product.
• Focus on delivering working results meeting the given functional requirements and quality attributes.
• Flexible working as a contributing member of a small collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• 2-5 Years of Experience on Selenium, Java & Ranorax.
• Strong Knowledge of Software Testing Principles: This includes a deep understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and risk-based testing.
• Proficiency in Test Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, or similar tools is essential for an automation tester.
• Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or scripting languages like JavaScript is important for writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Test Planning and Execution: Ability to create test plans, test cases, and execute them effectively to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or TeamCity to integrate automated tests into the build process.
• Knowledge of Version Control Systems: Experience with version control tools like Git to manage and collaborate on test scripts and codebase.
• Defect Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in using defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools to report, track, and manage defects.
• Working Experience/Knowledge on Agile methodology.
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
