The Ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the ops team at Lalamove Hanoi. You will be in charge of scheduling and training Lalamove drivers and will need to take full ownership of a crucial component of our business. What you will do?

• Implement and optimize systems, processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality of New drivers performance on our platform;
• Engage and collaborate with every function within Operation team and others, both lateral and vertical, to ensure information flow with new drivers are being processed efficiently;
• Execute plan of acquisition and expansion activities cascades from Acquisition and Offline Presence team to achieve targets;
• Manage drivers performance and cooperate with other departments to deliver best services to end users and drivers;
• Building and maintaining relationship with drivers;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
• Experience in Logistic or operations background or equivalent position;
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
• Good English and data analysis skills;
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
• Hard working, honest, responsible, self -motivated, self-confident.
