Kearney Indigenous Scholarship Program
Kearney ANZ is committed to continuing our endeavours towards a diverse, inclusive and equitable working environment. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to be introducing our Indigenous Scholarship. This scholarship aims to provide an opportunity to students that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to launch their Management Consulting Career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in Kearney’s Indigenous Scholarship program and intern during Winter 2024 and Summer 2024/2025.

The Kearney Indigenous Scholarship is open to students in their second year through to final year of university that identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The recipient will be provided with:

Applicants are asked to submit the following:
1. An application utilising the below link. Candidates will be required to upload their CV and latest academic transcript (unofficial copies accepted).
2. Kindly note that there are x3 questions which are mandatory and will replace the need for a Cover Letter. Please kindly do not submit a cover letter.
3. The questions are as follows (350-word limit per question):
3.1 What are you passionate about, and how would the Kearney Scholarship help you achieve your career aspirations?
3.2 Thinking about an opportunity to get experience working in a Consulting industry, what are you hoping to learn and what are some of the challenges you anticipate?
