Negotiating and managing all In-store Merchandising within Retail and Impulse accounts in Male' City – this includes distribution, availability, visibility, communication and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products. - Direct Coverage of all Impulse and Retail accounts in Male' City
- Effective daily, weekly, monthly, coverage of all outlets at optimum frequencies.
- Administration and development of designated area including insights, data collection, audits.
- Able to develop and maintain relationships with account owners, managers and staff across all outlets.
- Perfect Store Deployment & Maintenance
- Maintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging.
- Building quality relationships through effective communication.
- Securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand.
- Placement of POS – ensuring POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets.
- Promotional Compliance – ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
- Trade Sales Volume
- Plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Volumes across Impulse and Retail accounts in Male' City.
- Assist the DPM in developing the Trade Sales Volume of Red Bull SKU's annually via new distribution, listing, promotions, activations.
- Understand competitor activity, pricing, value propositions and be informed fully.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Proven sales track record and minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG (brand, distribution or retail experience) within Maldives.
- Strong understanding of Retail, Impulse outlets and how they operate, in Maldives; with a focus on Male' City, Larger Administrative Islands in Maldives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to speak fluently in English and Dhivehi, as well as report insights, curate profit-stories and win business propositions.
- Clear understanding of all Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non traditional, wholesale, sub-distributors, e-commerce).
- Familiarity with reporting, analytics, research, audits, data entry. Must be competent in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.
- Able to work independently with responsibility and be organized (planning, time and resource management).
- Able to spend a majority of daily work hours in the field developing and nurturing relationships with store owners and managers.,
- Minimum of a diploma in any relevant field. A degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English & Dhivehi (verbal & written).
- Travel 60-70%
