Senior Marketing Analyst

Role purpose:

The Senior Marketing Analyst forms a cross-functional interface in marketing to sales, segment management, central BI and operating units in the company. Directs and coordinates the exchange of information and the provision of segment, product, tariff and channel-specific information in a historical and current view of our customers. Is responsible for the quality assurance of the results in the dashboards, evaluations and reports and discusses them as required and (or at regular intervals) with the sales channels from Enterprise and Consumer, Product Management and other related areas to measure performance and identify development potential in the Enterprise segments.

What you’ll do:

• Independent conception, further development and independent quality assurance of the current dashboards, scores, triggers and simulations through the integration of new innovative approaches for the structuring, intersection and presentation of data and customer information
• Operational and strategic consulting of internal customers with a focus on marketing potential and its commercial evaluation in the development and implementation of tailor-made product developments, proposals, marketing approaches and sales management concepts
• Management of strategic projects as well as special projects in close cooperation with related departments and also beyond departmental boundaries
• Advising on current developments with a focus on achieving the specified goals as well as its representation in the respective committees
• Securing revenue shares through continuous development of the existing product portfolio
• Conception and implementation of a strategy for communication policy within the Enterprise Business Unit, top management, VF Group, etc. for the dissemination of market information, findings and recommendations
• SPOC for VF Group incl. Best Practice Sharing

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 5 -7 years of professional experience
• Proficient in basic mathematical and statistical tools
• Proficient in common programming languages and has in-depth knowledge of data structure and data warehouse management
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
• Very good sense of responsibility, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Fluent German knowledge
