Job Description

To support the role of Commission Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards

  • Drive end to end project delivery from initiation to close-out
  • Understand the client ways of working, compliances, guidelines, stakeholders, leaders and various building aspects
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independently manage the responsibilities of delivery through various appointed consultant
  • Drafting weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports
  • Responsible for quality deliverables from various appointed consultants
  • Act as the key representative at site, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of value added services.
  • Overall understanding of the project lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, etc.
  • Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of interior fit-outs related to corporate offices (including Civil and MEP)
  • Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards efficiently within timelines
  • Client evolving needs are dealt with a helpful and attentive way
  • The cross-functional team and various stakeholders are supported in a helpful and positive manner
  • An effective contribution is made towards the overall project
  • Key information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained
  • Preparation of schedule/timelines of project and tracking it throughout the project.
  • Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution.
  • Good communication skills along with effective stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Education – B.E/B.Tech/ B. Arch (Civil),
  • Post graduate qualification in Project management (RICS/ NICMAR) would be an added advantage

You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India delivering corporate fit-out projects, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills. Around 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in similar role
