Position: Agency Finance Associate (Attorney) – Mid-Level

Ideal Candidate:
The projects and agency finance practice at Morrison Foerster is seeking a mid-level associate to be resident in our Washington, DC office (other US locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis). The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in cross-border transactions, preferably in the area of project finance, structured finance, or corporate finance. We practice across a wide range of sectors and regions, and experience with energy and infrastructure projects, development finance institutions and multilaterals, and emerging markets would be a plus.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Boston, MA annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000
New York, NY annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000
Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000
