Senior Associate - Manual Functional Tester

Afternoon Shift

Location - Airoli

DO: (Technical Skills)

• Candidate should be able to understand the various application’s technical / solution stack and should be able to help with Functional / Regression testing.
• Should be able to understand functionalities really well and should ask necessary questions on various Demo’s / requirement walkthrough sessions
• Should possess great analytical skills to drive end to end Functional efforts and discover as many defects in UAT stage
• Experience with Test Management Tools – Jira, Confluence, Rally & ALM (previously known as QC) etc.
• SQL experience / knowledge is needed as some of the testing would necessitate SQL skills
• Should be able to liaise with various development and business team to run end to end functional regression testing

Good to have skills

• Knowledge on automation frameworks (using Selenium or any other freeware tools) would be added advantage
• Any experience with mobile testing would be good to have
• Should be able help / contribute in current framework implementation once candidate gets expertise on functional side
• Some Selenium hands on experience is added advantage – Job profile would be Functional / Regression testing to start with and may involve automation once candidate picks up functional area well.
• Hands on experience on Java and any other programing language is good to have.
• Knowledge on other freeware tools like J-Meter, Appium, Winium & API tools like Postman is good to have

Dev ops – CI/CD experience also an added advantage
