Job Description & Summary
Client Feedback sits within the Markets & Insights Function of Clients & Markets and focuses on understanding and building client loyalty and trust - by defining and impacting the client experience. It supports opportunities to exceed our clients expectations and bring fresh insights that helps us to better understand our clients, and support our business growth.
Position summary
Work within the Client Feedback function and support the ME Client Feedback programme focusing on ME key accounts, conversation feedback coordination and building Salesforce dashboard
Key responsibilities
You will work within the Client Feedback function to support the execution of the feedback administrative and operational activities. These activities include:
- Monitor priority accounts activities, completion progress, track action plans and execution status of feedback surveys and interviews
- Coordinate Independent review meetings and share relevant material and information with stakeholders so they can have informed conversations with our clients
- Support the function leader in the regional feedback reviews and collaborate with other team members and business units to collect and compile required information
- Validate and maintain data sets updated and ready for data reporting
- Update relevant marketing materials and process guidelines
- Run a central follow up process across line of services for the different feedback activities within the function
Requirements:
- The candidate will be a highly motivated and a high performing individual with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant
Years of experience:
- 2+ years in a proposals role preferably within a professional services environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is essential
- Previous experience in strategy consulting or management consulting is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent organisational, time management, quality management, and project management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, work with senior stakeholders and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of the Professional Services Industry
- Strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides skills, as well as more generally, being proficient in Microsoft office and G-Suite
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage
- Proficiency in PowerBi and Alteryx is an advantage
