Currently we are looking for a great person to fill the position of Analyst with German, in Claims Team.

What will your essential responsibilities include

• Index claims related documents for various lines of businesses.
• Create first notice of loss & setup incident only claims in our claims systems.
• Maintain proper documentation of all the procedures and updates.
• Be part of the process meetings and participate in monthly/quarterly audio & video conference calls.
• Make sure to achieve service level agreements and meet set quality
• Regularly monitoring and reviewing existing reports, practices and procedures in order to support local Management in identifying any areas for possible improvements and process automation
• Analyzing reports and share major findings in terms of deviations, variances, major gap in data
• Act as role model for junior members in the team
• Improving team self-sufficiency by increasing scope of responsibility and knowledge in the team 
• Work together with onshore teams to resolve complex scenarios and ask for additional information when needed.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• University degree or relevant experience
• Excellent data processing skills
• Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
• min B2 English and German
• Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
