Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry (23 South) - 24 Hours Flex

Position Summary

26-bed unit, 4:1 nurse to patient ratio. Cardiac telemetry population.

The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Onboarding Process: Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen. 

Education

Required: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.

Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).

Certification

Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Knowledge and Skills

1-year RN Telemetry experience. Will consider RN acute rehab and /or medical surgical experience
