The mission of the Search Ads Global PSO team is to help businesses achieve their marketing goals with consistency, efficiency, and scalability, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experience into search advertising experiences.
The Search Ads Global PSO team is part of the Core Ads Global PSO team, and sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. As the Global PSO lead, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's search ads products. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management, and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our search ads solutions offerings.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge to work with search ads products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends and the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other internal cross-functional partners.
