Job description

In your new role you will:

• Lead and optimize GC BMS G2M strategy to drive BMS business growth and achieve application design win target.
• Responsible for providing regional inputs for global BMS application roadmap, based on customer feedback and market study.
• Drive distributor to implement BMS G2M strategy.
• Host and drive training to distributor to build team competence.
• Drive P2S to achieve PGO growth target.
• Gather, analyze and provide market, customer and competitor insights from regional perspective to support focus applications development.
• Co-work with Marcomm and Digital marketing to optimize BMS G2Mstrategy.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master’s degree in automotive electronic, power electronic,
• automation engineering is required.
• Min. 10 years of experience in electronics industry, preferable in automotive, with focus areas: products development, system engineer inTier1s.
• Min. 3+ years of experience in BMS products development.
• Knowledge of AFE, microcontrollers, communication and sensors used in automotive application.
• Being familiar with microcontroller application in automotive control system. Being familiar with Infineon AURIX MCU is preferred.
• With ambition, responsibility, and decision
• Demonstrate the willingness to learn new knowledge and quick catching up
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Ability to communicate effectively in organization (Chinese and English).
• Professional communication skill with customer.
• Chinese (Native Language) required
• English (Expert) required
