Transaction Assistant

We are looking for a Transaction Assistant to join this fast-paced and diverse team of Private Shoppers.

The role of the Transaction Assistant will be to provide impartial central support to our Private Shopping team, consistently offering a high level of service whilst dealing with large and complex transactions.

About the Role 

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Private Shopping team, involving all processing, packaging and dispatch of their clients shopping requests.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Processing all complex transactions including export transactions, all permutations including preparation of CITIES, CCO, MIB, VAT invoices etc.
• Ensuring compliance to management controls including special pass docket process, stock tracker, stock on approval, security device removal, Sunday due diligence guideline.
• Wrapping and packing all Client shopping in line with defined guidelines.
• Ensuring Rewards card profiles are updated with required client details on Insight.

About You 

You will have excellent customer service skills and be confident that the decisions you make will be in the best interest of our customers. You will ensure that you develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers alike, whilst being able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. 

You will also be: 

• Able to demonstrate detailed systems knowledge and able to use systems consecutively to execute a task.
• Knowledgeable on till usage and be able to use your knowledge to resolve issues and queries.
• Able to multitask, working on set tasks whilst answering incoming phone calls and emails.
• Flexible and adaptable in accordance with changing priorities through the working day.
• Motivated and results driven.
