About the Role:
You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud. You’ll be joining a team that’s rated by Gartner and IDC MarketScape as a Leader in a number of categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, Worldwide.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organizations. Our Senior Managers are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. They will also drive knowledge sharing and care passionately about the development of our people.
Responsibilities:
Leading delivery of key aspects of a finance transformation project/program as a leading member of a mixed PwC/client team
Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice.
Responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceable and long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives.
Managing both within and across project workstreams
Driving areas of our finance change thought leadership to transform clients’ businesses.
Identifying further business opportunities when working client side.
Accountable for managing and influencing a significant revenue stream and customer base.
Typically manages multiple first line managers and/or senior level consultants, Resolves resourcing issues in complex engagements.
Serves as advisor for moderately complex engagements.
Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in Southeast Asia and potentially internationally
Identifying enhancement opportunities for our clients and delivering value in each stage of implementation/delivery
Developing the careers of the reporting teams members, Actively engaging with our people to develop junior resources within the firm in order to enable them to be valued by our clients as experts in their domain

Demonstrate Digital Finance thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance and Technology Consulting
Qualifications:
Substantial experience in leading/managing financial technology systems implementations, preferably in Fintech services industry
A track record of leading finance process change enabled by technology
Atleast 10 years of experience working on ERP
A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials including the Paas4SaaS Integration framework.
A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation on Oracle ERP Cloud
Broad technical skills across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules or Oracle EPM Cloud
For Oracle ERP Cloud Financials: Understanding of General Ledger, Assets, Intercompany, Financial reporting, Subledger accounting, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), data schemas to assist with migration of data from legacy systems and standard / non-standard approach to integration
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations
Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Move easily between big-picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.

Oracle Specialism or Certification
