We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, with a specific focus on Databricks and Apache Spark.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark to process and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Optimize and troubleshoot data processing workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement data quality and validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Databricks and Spark technologies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Developer with a focus on Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Scala and/or Python.
• In-depth understanding of big data concepts and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
